But at the end of the day no matter how much I tried to ignore that truth, it was accurate, my thoughts where the basis of my anxiety. I experimented with it. The more I focused my energy on the worry the stronger my worry attack became. So with the assistance of a therapist, I was able to work on my thoughts and defeat my worry.

It would be a lie to say I'm anxiety free, however I am a lot more able to deal with anxiety, I've more coping strategies. Dealing with anxiety is now much simpler for me.
