4. Use the ring finger to press down the 3rd fret and play the sixth string.
5. Utilize the pinkie finger to press down the fourth fret and play the sixth string again.
6. Keep on with these procedures with the remainder of the strings.
So you have played your first scale!
Other scales are the Major Scale and the Minor Pentatonic Scale. You will be trained on these scales as you continue practicing the guitar.
